I'm the only girl in my group that has ever built a car. And probably the only one that has wanted to! My friend, Brenda, called one day while I was wiring. Doug answered my phone for me. I heard him say, "Yes, she really is under the car wiring the brakelights..."
So far, I have built 3 roadsters and 1 coupe. Doug only let me help a little bit with his ratrod. When you think about the project as a whole, it can be overwhelming. But we just did one little bit at a time. I was able to see each step as an accomplishment in itself and pretty soon, we had a car!
